This product really works. I have been pain free after the first week of taking this product.

I've been using for over 2 years and I have noticed an improvement in my knee, coupled with cortisone shots and physical therapy. No adverse effects.

It's possible this product helped with my joint issues but it's hard to confirm since i used this product while using medicine for pain from hip surgery. This product doesn't seem to hurt since my other joints seem to be doing better after the surgery medicine are gone.
