Just a great book ! I'm not someone who reads often & never for pleasure. Not something written for just very deep , wordy people. Plain English, very informative, very easy to understand & PACKED with information that will not only get you through a fast but give you understanding as to why you should fast joyfully. Super helpful & a tool I will refer to again in the future.

This book is amazing you will not want to stop reading and the prayers in this book will help you overcome anything that your going through.
