Nor Fr4 (Glass Fiber) - these are FR1 (Bakelite)
Incorrect title, but will do.Copper on FR4 boards tends to stick better to the substrate when milling.But milling FR1 is a bit safer for your lungs.For the price, I'll keep hold of them.

Reasonable for PCB etching
Cut a small piece to etch a tesr PCB and seems reasonable for the job so probably fine for this purpose. Quality is OK for the price, although may not quite cut it for high precision boards

Scratches and pealing edges
Most of the boards are scratched up. They are usable but not as good as I have bought in the past.

Good quality copper
I've found these boards are perfect for etching but require a lot of preparation as the edges are rough and they vary 1mm either way in terms of length and width.
