HP Flyer Red 15.6" 15-f272wm Laptop with Intel Pentium N3540 Processor, 4GB Memory, 500GB Hard Drive and Windows 10 Home

The HP Flyer Red 15.6" is a great buy for several reasons. It has many features found on more expensive laptops, it's easy to navigate, and I appreciate that it's a computer still offering an optical drive. Plus the scarlet color is flashy -- a nice change from the boring colors of black or silver that can be found on the tables of coffee shops across America. Actually, I bought this HP immediately after returning a similar red Asus laptop purchased online. New out of the box, it had the most irritating personality flaw -- suddenly shutting off in the middle of use or if I moved it just a teeny bit on my desk for better positioning. So far, this HP laptop is doing everything it's supposed to do. It is becoming my very best friend.

Pretty good experiences with Amzn purchases in past, but not with this one. Computer crashed and could not reboot within 30 days. "Customer Service" oxymoronic again . . .a hopeless guy in FL who knew nothing about computers fronting for a VIP Outlet in AZ. Finally got a return sticker, but asked, both on the phone and in a letter with the return, that what was on the now- inaccessible hard drive be put on a thumb drive or CD and sent to me. Not even an acknowledgement.With return credit, and as a new Prime member, bought another HP for a bit more, which hopefully will work as advertised.Bottom line: avoid VIP Outlet

Nice computer for the price the screen is bright and brilliant more than I expected having a dvd-rom drive is a major Plus as I skip buying Office 360 and opted to buy Open Office for $13 on Amazon and it opens all of my past documents allows me to edit update correct anything from my past using MS Office.

I bought this laptop for work involving PLC programming and other industrial applications like AutoCad. Works well for most generic applications. A little on the slow side, but that is not a factor in the work I do. Nicely constructed, solid, I like the red color so it is easy to spot alongside other workers laptops. Screen does not have good peripheral site line, you need to be sitting directly in front of it for best clarity. It starts to grey out pretty fast at viewing angles.This laptop is less than 400.00, so you can't demand too much.

Price was great but it's very slow. It is refurbished so that probably explains the slowness. Once it gets going it's decent however.

I received mine a week ago and it still works fine. I have no complain. It is a good investment for the price paid

Very nice basic computer -- not fancy but easy to set up and use. My family now has three of these. Hope HP never stops making this model. Price is great. Shipment arrived in a hurry.

I like the red and the design but this thing is so slowwwwwwww, not worth it in my opinion
