Product quality is not better than average, finishing is below average, connection diagram is messy, only aliens can understand their diagram, very simple phase, neutral, input, output should be stated corresponding A, B, C, D, which is printed on variac, but they have confused it in diagram, even 5th class guy can make clear diagram than denko diagram. Hope they will improve their diagram which can understand by layman's.

Not so happy with the product for two main reasons. Firstly the connection diagram and corresponding marking on plate is very very confusing to a new person and for wrong connection there is possibility of burning of the transformer. Secondly the wiper is not smooth on the surface of auto transformer as some coils are overlapped causing hindrance to smooth movement of wiper. I was in favour of returning the product but compromised with this drawback to avoid hassles of return as the product is very heavy in weight.
