Brought this printer as it scored highly on some of the reviews I looked at. It's just great, easy to set up and use. Quality is very good too. It has the addition of a scanner so adds functionality. It has two types of connection, wireless and wired so it's easy to connect to. The printed quality of the colours is very good. The ink refills are easy to do as you can refill whilst the printer is in operation

Easy to set up, easy to use. The ink filling is brilliant, it is simple and very quick. The only negative is the printing of blacks, it prints a dark dark brown rather than true black however that seems normal for sublimation printing Also, if the printer is not used for a few days it prints streaky and needs a few prints (or a head cleaning) to print clearly again Good quality, Easy to use, Good price.

Great service, ordered yesterday, arrived today!! Easy to set up, even a technophobe like me can do it. Print quality is fantastic, and the extra sublimation paper and ink was a bonus. Great for a starter like me.

To date I have printer a LOT of pages and created Mugs, T-Shirts, Drinks Bottles for family and friends and STILL not had to refill the ink tanks. Quality of the printing is excellent, very easy to set up and get going, remember to charge the ink before 1st use and you will have no issues. Great Printer, very happy with it.

I use this printer for printing clothing items and it’s perfect for it. I was a bit sceptical as the colours I wanted came out differently to what I had on my laptop screen but once printed onto the clothing, it was better than expected! I also bought Crew Works heat press.

I was looking for a printer with the capability to print with sublimation inks. Had it’s own tanks and was not expensive as this is my first time printing T shirts. This Epsom came with the inks, syringes for filling tanks and 100 sheets sublimation transfer paper. Was very easy to set up. My first attempt was a total success. The tanks were easy to fill with no mess. The only reason I have not given it 5 stars is the fact it has to be usb connection to my computer as it does not support WiFi. But that is why the price is unbeatable.

I decided to get a sub printer to expand my business products, im and artist and wanted more things I could put my art on to, I also bought my mug press from these guys. The delivery was really quick and they came together as well. Really easy to set up. Really good value for money, I highly recommend to anybody wanting to start sublimation printing :)

I purchased this having been a complete beginner to the world of dye sublimation printing. Printer was received with clear concise instructions about setting up the printer and filling the ink tanks. Very easy process to follow. I contacted the company to get an ICC profile suitable for the printer and they responded very quickly and I was all set to go. I have since made around 100 mugs using the printer and it works perfectly.
