This is a great product I have been using for years. All the benefits are there and noticeable. The level of energy is seen and Strength of the product seems to work well with me. The effectiveness depends on your use. Sleep quality is none? I dont know why they ask that?? The value for the money depends on your thought worth

I noticed a positive difference after taking Panax Ginseng for only a few days... So much so, that I try not to miss a day. The most important benefit is that my mind is clear. I am able to think things through calmly. Outward pressure does not affect me inwardly. I also have the mental stamina to keep working on tasks longer and without going off into "the zone."I was taking a Gingko Biloba vitamin before starting this combined formula. I won't go back. The 4 ingredients in this product work so well together. It is easy to digest and doesn't turn my stomach.I feel mentally empowered! I love it!

I've been using this brand and formula off and on for years. Takes a few months to run out and then sometimes I forget to buy more. But when I do take them I can always tell the difference. My energy level and alertness is slightly increased. I would say no more than 5-10%. Like having a cup of caffeinated tea.

So had to increase dosage to 3 tablets from 2. Took 2 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon and uptime is now 2-3 minutes. So works fine.Sometimes I combine with beetroot gummie.
