Not a miracle cure, but seems to reduce chronic joint pain a little.
I am waiting for new hip and knee so have chronic pain. I did not expect a miracle cure and it took quite a while to hae any effect, but now I feel there has been a slight reduction in pain. I think there would probably be better results in someone who has less severe symptoms to start with
