Nice quiet fan with a stable clamp. Love it.
Exactly what I was looking for. I use this with my aquarium to keep the water cool. I hooked it up to a temperature control. It turns on when the water is too hot and cools the tank to temperature then turns back on when the tank heats up again. It's quiet and does not distract while it's running and has great airflow. Easily cools the tank even when the room is hot. Perfect simple and cost effective solution for my needs.

Great fan for the price
This fan is great. It does everything it should do. Clamp on and blow right? I use it at my computer desk and it totally serves the purpose. A good buy, can't go wrong.

Reliable Clip Fan for Automated Setups – Just Wish It Had More Power!
I bought **two of these fans** to clip onto my **NSF shelving** for **seed starting**, and they work well overall. The **mechanical switch** was a key reason for my purchase—it ensures the fan stays in the same mode when my **timed power receptacle** turns on and off, making it perfect for automated setups. While the airflow is decent, I do wish it had a **bit more power on high**.### **Pros:**✅ **Clips Securely (Mostly):** Works on NSF shelving, though not super tight.✅ **Mechanical Switch:** Stays in the same mode when power cycles—great for automation.✅ **Compact & Quiet:** Runs smoothly without excessive noise.✅ **Convertible Design:** Can be used as both a clip-on and table fan.### **Cons:**❌ **Could Be More Powerful:** Even on high, it’s not as strong as I’d like.❌ **Clip is Larger Than Expected:** Bulkier than a few other clip fans I own, which can make placement a bit tricky.### **Final Thoughts:**These fans are a **great option for automated setups** like seed-starting racks. They’re **quiet, reliable, and stay in the mode you set**, though I wish they packed a little more power. The **clip is a bit larger than expected**, but it still works. **Would buy again, but maybe look for a slightly stronger option next time!** 🌱💨

Great Fan
I love this little fan! It’s the perfect size for a medium or large desk. The fan blows out strong and it’s very simple to use. I highly recommend.

It works well and the price is nice.
I bought this to replace the Dayton 6" fan because my partner took it out of my home office for her home office :-)This fan is a little bulkier. The base is separate, versus the clip-in base of the Dayton, plastic construction is adequate, the clamp is strong and wide opening parallel to 2" (5cm), and the cord is about 7-feet (2 meters) long.Opening the clamp wider than 2" might work on some rough and uneven surfaces. It has a 3-position slider switch (low--off-high). I've only had it a few days and it's fairly quiet with only perceptible wind noise. The price is nice. It does what it is supposed to do. Register the product for a 1-year warranty.

Works Well for my Use
After reading the reviews I was not sure about this purchase - it's love them or hate them pretty much. But that is about what I found for every six inch fan listed that is close to this price point so I picked this one to gamble on and it works real well for my purpose.I use it in a 5x8 grow tent to move the air around a bit. I have two right now but ideally a third or even fourth would be best - and I am running my fans on the low speed. Too much air movement is not a plus. The goal is to simulate a breeze not blow massive amounts of air. And it should not be 24/7 either. I have them on a timer to run a a few cycles per hour and not at all when the lights are out at night. If you need to move a lot of air, it's best to do that with a high quality exhaust fan versus blowing it directly on your plants. Not good. That said, it is very decent well made fan. Easy to assemble and the clip works well. Now I have a custom wood frame enclosure I designed myself so it clamps to the 2x4 and 1x4 wood with no problems. If you are a grower who decided to buy an overpriced tent made from tubing, it's likely this would not stay put and move or slide out of position after some time. But if you have a means of keeping it secure and just want to move some air as I suggested, you will not be disappointed.I can definitely recommend it for how I described using it and will be buying more. IMO it would work equally fine as a personal cooling fan to use on your desk at work or home office. It is very quiet and moves a good amount of air to help cool ones self a tad.And no, this is not a fake review as one unsatisfied customer suggested. It sounds like they may have just gotten a bad fan or the quality of the fans is hit and miss - that does happen with stuff made "elsewhere". I don't know for sure but the one I got works fine and I have no problem recommending it to other buyers. If it does not move air, send it back....easy peasy.AE

Rattle noise but good otherwise
The media could not be loaded. Fan functions well, both speeds push a good amount of air and is pretty quiet. However, mine seems to have a defect, it makes a constant noise like the blades are hitting something, the only way to stop it is if the fan is facing down, not ideal.Edit: After opening up the back I noticed there was a zip tie that was a bit loose, after I tightened that and all the noise issues were fixed. Its been going great for the last few weeks. No other issues
