Good stuff
I love truffle oil. As most of us know, finding a good one can be a little tricky. I'll find one I like and then over time they seem to have less flavor as I re-order more. I hope that won't happen here, and so far, so good. There is plenty of true truffle flavor in this oil and it makes a great addition to pasta, etc. And it seems like a great value at Amazon's current price of well under $15. Recommended!!!

Fantastic oil for truffle lover
When ever truffle flavor is available to me, I would order it in the restaurant ranging from truffle fries and truffle pasta. Cooking with this truffle oil is the closest taste I have ever tried in the restaurant. I use it in too many dishes including my egg toast in the morning!! ;) Just add a few drops after made the scramble eggs and then you have the michelin star rating breakfast at home hahaha!

I am not an expert, but I regret buying.
I tried it, expecting an earthy flavor. It did smell chemically. Not a rotten smell, so I used it on my pizza. It did not have a strong taste on the pizza, but it left the same chemically aftertaste that took awhile to dissipate.
