Great form factor, quiet, low power draw, low heat generation, performance fine.
Performance:No lag playing any streaming I have tried. Of course, internet speed to your device matters. No lag playing any local videos or music.Web loading is snappy and no lag I can detect.I am not a gamer so cannot comment on gaming performancePorts:adequate for my needs and all worked fine although I would have liked an optical out for the audio.I do see a bit more "movement" of the sockets than I would like when plugging in and removing cables. I would not want to do a lot of repetitive plugging and removing over years time due to concern for sturdiness of case and ports.Quality:REALLY nice to have a 120/220 built in power supply, no brick needed or wall wart needed!Casework is lightweight plastic but attractively embossed top.Since heat is the killer of chips, I have installed a windows fan control app and manually run the fan at 55% and I cannot hear any fan noise.Expandability:I added a second CRUCIAL brand NVME SSD 1tb ram chip. It installed fine however the EQ-14's integrated NVME heat sink which is part of the mounting in the EQ14 does not seem to fit well onto the add-on NVME chip - the conductive "mats" on the heat sink don't touch the chip. I fear this may cause the second NVME to overheat and fail, and with the integrated heat sink there seems no way to install a sink specifically to fit the add on second chip. So we will see.Support:BEELINK HAS BEEN GREAT! I screwed up when adding the second NVME and formatted the supplied NVME disk and wiped out the Win 11 image! I had to download a new image from microsoft and install, but of course they do not supply an activation key with the public Win 11 image. I contacted BEELINK support and they IMMEDIATELY provided me with a Win 11 activation key for my mini pc serial number! GREAT SUPPORT!

Very weak wifi reception.....SOLVED!
I would give this 5 stars for how well it works for my streaming, internet, word and spreadsheet use. I don't use heavy processing apps. Great tiny computer for the money. Most of the time the fan runs so slow it is silent unless I put my ear at the exhaust port. The fan hits full speed for a second or two when booting, then reverts to the low/silent mode.Dock one star because of VERY WEAK 2.4Ghz wifi reception in my location. Download speeds register 10-11 mbps with bluetooth off, 5-7 mbps with bluetooth connected!! My HP laptop and Amazon Fire tablet easily register 30-50 mbps in the same location. The mini computer 5Ghz wifi performs better than 2.4Ghz, but still weaker than my other devices, so I conclude the Wifi is a weak point for this device. I use it primarily as a desktop and have ethernet available and that works great, but it would be nice to have better wifi when I need it.Docked one star because Beelink never responded to my request for help with the wifi problem. Amazon did send a replacement, but that one performed very poorly on wifi, too.Great budget mini computer if wifi isn't critical for you.UPDATE 9/1/22Beelink never seemed to respond to the support request I send on their website, but did respond to my original 3 star review in which I stated the weak wifi problems I experienced with two of their U59 mini PCs.Per their instruction, I opened the case, removed the SSD to access the wifi card beneath the SSD. I removed the card, rebooted and shutdown the PC, reinstalled the card and SSD, closed up the case, and VOILA! Now the wifi performs as it should! With this updated I changed my rating to 5 stars--I have no faults to complain about. Yes, my service request should have produced a response, yes, the wifi should have worked from the start. Two faulty units should not have happened. Many people won't even have the tiny screwdriver required to open the case, but my problem was solved and I am now very happy with this purchase. This PC works great for my needs.

Good PC for my purposes (Netflix steaming, Zoom calls, web browsing)
Quick TL;DR at the bottom :)I'm liking this PC so far. I wanted to have a compact computer that can stream movies, handle Zoom hangouts, and do some light browsing. I don't have a huge desk space so the form factor is great for me. I haven't really gamed with it but I think it should be able to handle really light gaming. The video card is built-in so don't expect to play intensive games. The PC itself is pretty lightweight but the build quality feels decent. It's made of plastic on the outside and has a good amount of ventilation slits. I eventually plan to mount the PC to the back of my monitor to save even more space. There's enough ports as well, with USB-C to connect new devices. I haven't needed to use any of the ports except the HDMI cable. I used the Bluetooth features to connect my keyboard/mouse which connected smoothly. The computer boots up pretty quickly since it has an SSD. I timed my bootup at about 15 seconds to get to the login screen. Then another 15 seconds after logging in. So ~30 second boot time. Not bad. I will upgrade the SSD in the future if I need to. The version I have is the 500gb version so a pretty decent amount of space. I have the 8gb Ram version too which helps a lot with the speediness. I would avoid 4gb since Chrome takes up a lot of Ram if your usage are similar to mine. The WIFI connection is stable and can do both 2.4ghz and 5ghz. I connected the PC to my 5ghz network and had no issues with streaming Netflix in 4k. My Zoom hangouts didn't lag either so that was great! One thing I don't like about this PC is that the power cord could be longer. It's a bit short so depending on your power outlet location, you might need a power strip or extension cord.TL;DR - This is a good computer for the price. It's powerful for moderate uses such as streaming, web browsing, or Zoom video hangouts. This computer cannot handle intensive graphic work or intense video games.Pros:- lightweight- compact- fast (8gb ram, intel i5, 500gb SSD)- 2 HDMI ports, 2 USB ports, 1 USB-C, 1 AUX, 1 LAN PORT, TF card- Windows 10 Pro- Good WIFI speedsCon:- Power cord could be longer
