I’ve been taking this for a week and do notice a slight effect on mood. I would love to give this a full month test, but at the current price it’s not worth it. The suggested use is 2 capsules, 1-3 times a day. I decided to go for the middle ground with 2 capsules twice daily, this is where I notice the biggest difference in mood. With that said, this means 60 pills would last 15 days, putting a monthly supply cost at $71.

This. Vitamin is amazing. I suffer from anxiety, I wanted to give something natural a try and it worked great. It makes you feel nice and relaxed without the side effects of prescription pills. I'm so excited to have found this. I struggle with test anxiety and have been looking for a product to calm my nerves beforehand (other than a shot of 100 proof, haha). I purchased Calmquil specific for anxiety related to school, and have found it works great if I take it the morning before an exam, but I am finding the more consistently I use the product the more effective it becomes. I've been using the product consistently for several weeks now (I originally purchased it through the Calmquil website) and am finding it is reducing my social anxiety as well.

I am so impressed with Calmquil as a natural alternative to relieving my stress and anxiety! CalmQuil has helped me. When I have been in the height of my anxiety, I took just one and i could literally feel a calming over my whole body. My head began to clear and I just felt like me again. I also take it everyday just to prevent attacks, and at night to help with the mind chatter that takes over my thoughts, I have slept so much better. Would recommend to anyone.

I did not buy this product through Amazon but have purchased it from the Peaceful Nutriton website. It works wonderfully! I get stressed so easily and I love to have this to help combat that in a natural way. It really does calm you down. This Amazon price is a really good deal. I also like that the product isn't from a big manafacturer but was created by a mother to address her own family and children's needs. Packaging is nice and professional.
