Cocoa Concoction for your Health..Awesome Super Food!
Had no idea that cocoa was an extreme health food. …Yes, it’s a super food that can improve your health. So, I started brewing a cocoa concoction with clove, cinnamon and honey, hoping for lower blood pressure …and to maybe prevent heart disease.( I just started in 2025, so I will report back in a year.)This Anthony’s cocoa had good reviews for quality.I agree and i am happy with this cocoa powder. Remember,DON’T use so much sweetener in it.!..it’s not supposed to be a candy-bar-treat!!It is supposed to be a health drink.. so let a little of the bitter flavor come through. That way, you will know your body is getting more cocoa goodness- rather than a sugary sweetner.I love the size of the bag too.I would buy again.

Great Packaging and Good Product too.
Great product and the packaging is great. The re-close/resealable feature actually works well and I love that the Cocoa is not so high to the top that it spills over when it is opened. I will 100% order this product again simply due to the packaging.

Looking forward to this product
Five star for prompt delivery - I have not started using it yet as I finish off a supply from elsewhere, but I have been pleased with Anthony's pea protein in the past and decided to try this. With recent price increases elsewhere, this is now competitive with store brands, with likely higher quality.

Good chocolate
I've purchased this twice as my yearly chocolate bulk buy. it's great, a good enough chocolate it's good for making your own hot chocolate mix. It's not bitter, it's not got a smokey taste. Great in brownies.

NOT CACAO but cocoa powder
I took off one star for myself. I wanted cacao powder not cocoa powder. It is not as healthy nor as nutritious and it's gonna take me a long time to finish this. This is from AI.Cacao powder and cocoa powder are both derived from the same cacao beans, but they differ in their processing methods, nutritional content, and uses.Cacao Powder:- **Processing**: Made from raw, unroasted cacao beans that are fermented and then milled at low temperatures- **Nutritional Content**: Higher in antioxidants, flavonoids, iron, magnesium, and fiber due to minimal processing- **Taste**: Bitter and more intense compared to cocoa powder.- **Uses**: Often used in smoothies, raw desserts, and health-focused recipes**Cocoa Powder**:- **Processing**: Made from roasted cacao beans that are processed at higher temperatures- **Nutritional Content**: Lower in antioxidants and flavonoids due to the roasting process- **Taste**: Less bitter and slightly darker, making it more suitable for baking- **Uses**: Commonly used in baking cakes, brownies, and other desserts. In summary, cacao powder is less processed and retains more nutrients, while cocoa powder is more processed and has a milder flavor.

Great quality cocoa
Have you several Cocos and this is the best I've found to make malls. Combine this with Hershey's syrup, the variety without the high fructose corn syrup, and you got a great chocolate shake or malt. Just get a good quality ice cream and whole milk with a little bit of cream and you're good to go if you're looking for a good Coco this is one to try
