Does it empty all the way through the spout? The way it attaches looks a little odd.

About a tablespoon of liquid remains.

Are replacement gaskets available? Mine is missing and the spout leaks without it.

Ask the manufacure... tell amazon maybe they will send you another. Then take the old one cut a piece of vinyle hose and stuff it in the spout on the watering can and put the metal neck in it...little silicone and you have two.
