the BEST panko
we cook a lot of Asian dishes, Japanese, Chinese, and Indian too. i've found the Japanese style panko to be superior to the standard panko i was using. i also use them when i am making a bread crumb topping for casseroles. i add a bit of melted butter and some grated parmesan to boost the flavor too. Try them, you'll like them!

Shipping issue
Product is excellent. My issue is with Amazon. The product was shipped in an ENVELOPE, which allowed for the panko FLAKES to become panko CRUMBS, while the whole purpose of my purchase was to obtain flakes to mimic Japanese coating.While the seller may have little input in the delivery process, panko flakes should be treated as fragile, in my opinion.Thanks for listening
