Hi, we love this shower head, but cannot seem to undo this to replace the beads. Is there a video or instructions to undo the main part of the head?

I also found it impossible to remove the shower head for cleaning. I have very hard water and the limescale has built up and I cannot use it now. Why the head is so tight I don't know as it is supposed to unscrew.

I already have water softener do I need this or shall I look for something supports only high pressure

This shower head just gives out a very pleasant filtered stream of water, there are 3 settings in the head depending on one's preference, personallly I find the pressure given is quite adequate.

Will this improve my shower pressure ?

The shower head has very fine holes so each jet it produces is travelling faster, and the subjective effect is of a much more effective shower... although the actual amount of water being delivered doesn't change (that is determined by your plumbing).

I think you mean WRAS, & I don't think it's that type of fitting they mean. However, I can tell you it fits the standard shower head hose & the power out of it is incredible ( it's a no frills shower head that packs power) Hope that helps in some way.
