Easy read, easy use indoor gardening.

I’ve had one of these for several years, and it worked fairly well. After about 3 years it became erratic and unreliable, so I bought another one. Calibration doesn’t seem to work; the instructions say to “contact us”, but there is no contact information. This one reads about .15 low across the range of values, so I’ve just made a note of that, and it’s close enough for my purposes.

Somewhere between extremely difficult and impossible to calibrate. The manual says, "If you require support or have any questions, please contact us." Where? How? The device does not perform as outlined in the manual, which does not agree with either the description or the videos on how to calibrate the device. I have two of these devices, so I will have a backup, and in addition to not working, the two identical devices are not even acting alike. How is it possible to isolate what, if anything, you are doing wrong?
