Q: what is the sound level in db when operating

I can’t answer in Db. There are 2 settings low, basically in-audible but not as much extraction, obviously! Then there is High, lots of extraction and the fan is very Audible…but it’s not noisy, like a cheaper one I had before! Quality motor. Hope that helps!

Q: Is this full kit?? Doesnt it come with loft extractor

You cut a 100mm hole in your plasterboard ceiling and screw or use the expanding clip it to the ceiling, the 240v power cable link to isolate switch and ceiling rose, it comes through a small round gap, you need 100mm tube in the attic to vent to outside wall, use a insulated flexible tube and a condensation trap all available on Amazon. It’s really quiet and looks great either round or square cover.

Q: Can you run the humidistat from one wire and it's on all the time even when light is off & turn fan on manually with the light switch when needed?

There are independent time and humidity controls. Turn the humidity down and it runs on a timer from the time the light switch is on. Increase the humidity and it will operate on humidity, whether the light is on or not. You can adjust either dial for a mix of time and humidity. I think there is also a jumper to disable one or other dial, but it works well without moving the jumper.

Q: Is this 2 cores or 3 cores fan? i need one for replacement where i have only three wires, l, n and earth

None of our 4" inch fans have live, neutral and earth connections, as there is no earth requirement because the fans are double insulated. Most of our fans require 3 terminals connections, being live, neutral and a switched live. I would recommend reviewing the instructions for the fan of interest, to determine which connections are needed and/or if it is suitable for the set up required.
