I’ll begin with I’m a licensed HVAC/R technician, and I was impressed with this adapter. I used it with my R134 gauge manifold to replace the entire AC system on my work van. It held a vacuum to 760 microns. Then sat over night with no pressure loss. The price was cheap, they look well built, and couldn’t be any easier to use. Highly recommend!

I bought an AC gauge set years ago from a certain low-cost Chinese hardware chain (name sounds kinda like "Hazard Fraught"). I've had verying levels of success using it to recharge various cars, until recently when I had no luck whatsoever getting my truck to take an R134 charge. It seemed like the low-side coupler just wasn't letting gas pass from the fill bottle into the system. Well, on a hunch I decided to replace the couplers that came with that kit with these, and bingo -- problem solved and no more problems. These replacements are much heftier and higher-quality than the cheapo ones that I used to have. Well worth the price and has fixed what was a very frustrating experience.

I have 4 different older sets of these, and they all leak after a few uses. They work fine for nitrogen testing and refilling, but they leak enough that you cannot pull a vacuum and it's always the high side. So I had to replace a set to do my truck. These worked perfectly right out of the box. Got the truck done !! Time will tell how they last. I will update how they are after a few more uses

Love th shut offs . You can make checks without losing valuable time and effort.

I first purchased the Mastercool 69500 and didn't realize no adapters were included. The Mastercool adapters are very expensive, so I tried these out and they work great so far. I don't use these often (maybe twice a month or so).

Didn't last long.only used 3 times started leaking.
