I highly recommend Centrum vitamin minis for women 50+ Have taken them for years and they are very comprehensive.Am a very healthy 73 year old senior woman who has no medical illness and these vitamins are one of the reasons why that is. Have found that most of the multi-vitamins are not comprehensive enough, but these are very compenhensive and hightly recommend them for women 50I am a healthy 73 year old woman who does not need to take any medication and has a healthy lifestyle, which includes taking Centrum Minis Women 50+. These vitamins are extremely comprehensive and contain way more important nutrients than do most vitamins for older women, and I highly recommend them.

Excellent product. However please check with your doctor if you are taking other supplements or are under fifty years old. Two mini tablets are equal to one daily dose. They are quite potent according to my doctor. I really appreciate being able to take two mini tablets due to problems I have swallowing one large tablet.Both the packaging, expiration date and delivery service are always perfect. I highly recommend this product. Always remember that both vitamins and supplements are also medications. If you are taking any other medications or have any health issues carefully review the possible side effects with your medical practitioner(s) to make certain that you can safely use them together.

Purchased for aging parent. Good value for the money. No smell, thank godoness, since so many vitamins reak! Smooth texture, easy to swallow, especially with the smaller size. Positive health benefits for parent whose healthy food intake is basically zero. She trusts Centrum for the brand and quality, so yep, this will continue to be a repeat purchase.

I have a really hard time swallowing large pills. I used to have a liquid multi-vitamin which was super easy. The company went out of business and I needed an alternative. These are about the same size as Aleve and easy to swallow. As far as the vitamin benefits, I didn’t notice a big difference from my last vitamins - which I guess means they are working.

Great all-around x-vitamins. Be cautious, however: calling these caplets “mini” is a real stretch (no pun intended!), as they are BARELY smaller than a standard-sized caplet x-vitamin! Please also note that a daily recommended dose to receive full daily requirement = TWO caplets.

Finally a multivitamin I can actually swallow. It was impossible for me with any other pill and gummies are just not the same high quality content: they are more like candy. I also love that these have thiamine which is missing from most other multivitamin on the market.

These are great because they are minis. Much easier to swallow then those huge vitamins. They are an excellent brand vitamin. They have made my hair thicker, my nails longer and just an all-around feeling of more energy. Highly recommend.

Finally a 50+ vitamin that isn’t a huge tablet. I have been looking for something like this for a very long time and they just weren’t available. Now they are!
