Yealink BT40 Bluetooth USB Dongle

This is easy to setup and makes talking great with a variety of bluetooth headphones. I am using a Yealink T46S phone. However, at first I couldn't make outgoing calls using the bluetooth dongel. Seems like the phone wasn't routing sound through the headset / bluetooth. But simple fix was to update the firmware to 66.83.0.50. Works perfectly now. Nice clear signal and sound. Quite happy.

Purchased these to use with our Yealink office phones and they work great. Installed in less than a minute and will pair with just about any Bluetooth headset regardless of what are listed in the manual...

Update 12/6/2016:Yealink keeps asking for a serial number for the dongle to return it and all I can provide is the MAC address. Not sure if they understand there is no serial number printed on the outside of the device. Since we had discarded the packaging some time ago, I'm not even sure if there was a number on it.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Five of six worked. The other is just pure static. Am in contact with Yealink to return the last one since it is outside the 30-day Amazon return window.

This adds great functionality to the nicer Yealink phones. Paired with a Plantronics Voyager, you get excellent call quality and ease of use. BUT, if you'd like to save $22, you can also order just about ANY usb Bluetooth adapter that uses the same (CSR8510) chipset. I purchased these for a customer of mine because they could not use there Plantronics Legend UC on there Yealink T46 IP Phone. They arrived early and when I pluggged them into the USB port on there phone the Plantronics wireless headset came up withing seconds! I will sell these with all Yealink T46 and T48 IP phones from now on. Great Product if your using Yealink.

Love my hands free at work now! I use my LG Bluetooth headset to make all my work calls and it frees my hands up to type and keeps the cricks out of my neck b/c I don't have to hold the phone!!!
