Avoogue Women's Long Raincoat with Hood Outdoor Lightweight Windbreaker Rain Jacket Waterproof

I wore this jacket in the cool wind recently and it did a great job of blocking the winds effects. I washed it before wearing the first time because the folds created when the garments was packed for shipping did not hang out. The jacket can be machine washed but do not put it in the dryer. It dries very quickly if hung in an open area, such as on a shower rod over your bathtub. Dries quickly. I love this jacket. It’s light, airy, roomy and so comfortable I forgot I had it on. I got the purple one and it’s beautiful.

While visiting Great Britain and Ireland, with unpredictable weather, this was the most important item I packed. Small, light, and provided great wind and rain protection while looking good!

Love the style, zippers with generous hood. I usually take a small but I got the medium and glad I did. Runs a bit small. Longer length and great for heavy downpours in a state like Florida. Unlined which is what I wanted. Comes with a bag to pack it in. Recommend 👍.

I bought this to be a windbreaker and rain jacket for my Camino. I used the jacket to block wind on a few occasions and it worked well. It also kept me warm when I layered the jacket in the evenings. The only time we had rain was in Santiago on Sunday morning. The jacket immediately became wet when we walked to mass. I was drenched by the time we got into the cathedral. It worked well for wind and layered warmth, but don’t depend on it for rain protection.

Overall I am extremely pleased! Surprised to find 2 large deep pockets on the inside; outside side pockets are deep as well. The zippers to close the side pockets and the front of the jacket lay nice and flat, and have hidden zipper teeth for a great appearance; love it! I would have preferred elastic sleeves, however the sleeve length is perfect. The hood can be hidden under a flap, however no way to secure closed. Front vents are an added plus and add to the style (below should and my armholes). Not sure how waterproof it will be. I am 5'5, 130 lbs and purchased a small.

I bought this jacket because I have a similar style in Black and wanted a teal color. I like that it's longer in the back and has a waist cincher. It runs true to size. I ordered the teal color, but the color is more blue than it looks in the photo. Not exactly what I was hoping for, but still a nice color. I love that the pockets have zippers. The hood can be tucked inside the collar, but there isn't any zipper or velcro to keep it in there when you're aren't using it. I'm going to put some kind of fastener on it myself.

This is a light jacket - no lining, so don't expect it to keep you very warm, but it fits really well.I bought it for our trip to Hawaii (of course I forgot to bring it on our drive to the volcano where it was drizzling rain and had to buy a poncho...). The jacket packs up fairly small but still has some prime real estate in your carry-on or personal item. You could probably squish it down - it does wrinkle fairly easily and might take a while for the wrinkles to settle out. I unpacked mine to look at for this review and will have to see how long it will stay wrinkled for.I will use it for spring walks and to have as a back up against unexpected weather. The colour is very pretty and flattering. You can cinch up the waste with a drawstring, the hood also has a drawstring. I bought the XXL (220lbs, 5'6", D cup) and can wear another light zip up under it for cooler weather, if needed. The draw strings help to make it more fitted for an hourglass shape, but it would also work for an apple or pear. As I noted, it is a very light jacket - the material is similar to a tent or other plasticy feel. Time will tell if it is durable, but it will work for the occasional use I expect it to get.I recommend this jacket if you need something light to keep on hand, even in your vehicle.

Bought this rain jacket originally for travelling to Scotland. Easy to pack and fit in the suitcase, kept the rain off - but hard to get the wrinkles out with it being packed away in it's little bag. I bought the beige colour - very nice and flattering. Purchased size L - fits well (I'm 5'7'', 160 lbs)

I have been looking for a very lightweight summer rain jacket. I got my regular size, 1X. It was loose enough to fit a sweater underneath. The waist can be cinched to give it a nice hourglass look. It even comes with a handy little packing pouch. Does not wrinkle.
