I have used Crest whitening strips along with several generic store brands (Walmart, Rite Aid, etc) in the past and I have to say that these work just as well if not better than those other strips. The price is really great and what makes it stand out from Crest.As others have mentioned, the grip on these is quite good. (The instructions even say you should use water to remove them from your teeth, though I don't). I put them on my teeth and use my fingers to smooth the strips over my teeth and into the little crevices between my teeth. It stays in place for the entire 1-2 hours without shifting.I have not had issues with sensitivity except for when I accidentally left these on too long. If you have sensitive teeth, then you might want to try these for no more 30 minutes to an hour for your first time. You should be able to leave them on for up to two hours if you don't have sensitive teeth.Some people mentioned that these leave white spots on their teeth after whitening. These are completely temporary and are caused by differences in the tooth density (according to the instructions). If you have this issue, I strongly recommend sticking it out and to keep using the strips. Your teeth will get whiter and the white spots go away within a few hours.I was able to see a noticeable whiteness to my teeth after a few uses. One package should enough to get your teeth white.
