After first order arrived broken, 2nd one was in good shape. The grease trap is a problem, as there is nowhere for grease to go like on the Griddle Hack. Cooked 1lb of burgers on the griddle and the grease trap filled up and had to use paper towels to soak it up. Overall it’s a decent product, just don’t like the small grease trap.Not off to a great start. The first Griddle Hack I received arrived broken, even though the box it was shipped in was in decent shape. I think the inside packaging protection could be better, as 2 of the 4 welds that hold the top griddle surface to the rest of the unit had brokend and snapped apart. This is concerning regarding the quality of materials and build. Waiting on a replacement, so hopefully the 2nd one is not broken.

I will be the first to admit that I thought I was going to get some cheap griddle that was made out of furnace ductwork. To my surprise this thing was very heavy duty. Worked great in my pit boss 820. I am sure this thing will last many years. The only complaint that I have, is that it seems to have a real hotspot always on the right side. I am not sure if it is just how this is designed or vented, just know that it doesn’t heat evenly. But if you have any experience using pellet grills, this will be nothing new for you. You just have to learn where you need to put stuff to cook. Would definitely buy another one.

This insert is being used with my Traeger Pellet Grill and I am loving it. I have cooked breakfast for 8 people and instead of being stuck in the kitchen and not visiting with my guests, we took the all the fixing outside and had an awesome time. I was actually amazed on how great this insert worked. Fits over the heating housing perfectly and heats the entire surface. I had the Traeger at 275 degrees and it made perfect hashbrowns. They were crispy and still flavorfull.

Ya, so this is for my Pro 780 Traeger. It works well, but the grease trap, it works but only for one burger or so...not happy about that. Knowing that, probably wouldn’t buy again
