Great Stuff!
We love this stuff!! Oh sure, it burns like a mother at first, but that doesn't last long and then you cam blow your nose clear! My daughter and I were using a prescription nasal spray they said would not be habit forming; however, after extended use, we HAD to use it ide be stuffed up all day. Saw this and decided to try. Glad we did! Shake it, spray once or twice in affected nostril, and blow your nose. Love it! Don't have to worry about overuse.

Burns!!
Really burns the inside of my nose. But if you can get past the burn, it does clear sinuses.

Sure Fired Cleansing
Definitely will clear your sinuses. Be ready for the initial "kick" but it is worth it. I believe it has helped control my miniere's episodes, but you would have to try for yourself.

It works but you have you use it for awhile.
Love the cayenne that helps me breathe. I could tell many stories of how good this is for people who suffer from allergies but most people are not mentally strong to except cayenne up their noses so they just have to use their FlowenNase or the worst thing Afrin. Yes it stings a little but if you suffer from from nasal stuffiness you will learn to love it! Remember cayenne is also antibiotic so it will heal soars.

Great buy
I get clusters really bad. Helps me deal with the pain and orstop them if i catch the headache fast enough. Burns for short periods but is nothing compared to the pain of the clusters.

Obsessed
I get migraines that only prescription drugs will relieve the pain. This stuff is amazing but short lived. It is almost guaranteed to take my migraine away for about 20 minutes, sometimes more. If you suffer from migraines 20 minutes pain free can help you especially if you are traveling home. As for how the spray feels, I describe it as 20 baby bee stings, not an issue at all. I love this stuff.
