I’ve had this faucet installed in my Airbnb for a year now, and it’s been performing excellently. No issues, no damage—still looks and works like new. It's held up really well with heavy use, and I’m definitely happy with the quality.

This is a very nice looking faucet and I like that both the right and the left handles turn clockwise to close. So many of these are made wrong, so that they open and close in opposite directions, but that should only be for the ones that have an L-shaped handle, otherwise they are confusing because you end up opening the faucet more when you intend to close it. I wish all foreign manufacturers would realize this and make them correctly, like this one.I did have an issue with one of the two faucets I bought which started leaking after just 3 years of use. I wrote the manufacturer requesting a replacement cartridge, but they immediately declined to help me stating that I've used the faucet for 5 years, so it's out of their warranty. But this was not true, they had the math wrong, I only bought it 3 years before and I did send them my receipt, so I persisted and asked for a manager, and after some back and forth they did send me a replacement cartridge. They referred me to a video on how to replace it, but the faucet cap which the video said pops off actually had to be unscrewed. Since we tried to pop it off per the instructions, it got badly scratched before we figured out that their instruction video was wrong and it actually needed to be unscrewed. So I wrote customer service again, letting them know what happened and asking for a replacement cap. They agreed to replace the cap but this time they wanted me to pay the shipping which I think was unfair because their video was plain wrong and lead to the damage. Again, after some more back and forth, they did just send it to me. So, customer service did come through, but it was an unnecessary struggle, based on which I'll have to deduct one star. All they had to do was not argue with the customer and send the cartridges right away, and they should have directed me to the correct video instructions and not tried to charge the shipping when the instructions were wrong. But after all, the faucet is now working and I really like it.

Most faucets on the market have all the parts to mount the faucet to the sink- this one does not. We have an old farmhouse sink where the diameter is only 5 1/2" wide, so we are limited in what we can purchase. This faucet does not have mounting pieces to secure it to the sink. We have looked at Lowes, Home Depot, and Ace, and none of them have the adaptors needed to secure the faucet to the sink. This might work if you are attaching it to a wall, but if you need to attach it to the sink- good luck because we have had none. When we contacted the company by email, they never responded, and it's been a week.

Love the product, when I opened the box I was wowed, I give it a 100 but unfortunately I had to return it because it was the wrong one

It is very cool looking. The handles are a bit flimsy. My biggest complaint is the lack of mounting options. It only came with flanges that I needed to cut down to fit. There were no nuts to secure the pipe and I used standard but there was not enough room to attach the hoses. I made it work and love the look of it but am still concerned that the handles will break easily and it will be trouble to replace it after all the work installing it.

I had to return because it is a small wall mount faucet, too small for our kitchen. The look and quality was exactly what I wanted and couldn’t beat the price, sad I couldn’t make it work. I think it would be perfect for a bathroom.

The valve was well made and installed easily, however after installation and water turned on we noticed a leak due to a pin hole in the valve casting. I had the valve couriered to our home in Panama. I called Amazon and they said I would need to send it back. After explaining that it would cost $120 to send it back they waived this and sent me a replacement. A+ Amazon!

This faucet is perfect. I have been looking everywhere and comparing websites and this was the perfect faucet and a great value for your money. The is the perfect compliment to my farmhouse sink. I LOVE it. !! I couldn't be happier.
