Excellent Sharpener
This sharpener works! It is easy to put a good, sharp edge on my knives. This was a good value and it is well made.

excellent and reliable knife sharpener.
This knife sharpener offers good quality and excellent instructions at a reasonable $9 price point. It effectively sharpened blades that struggled with tomatoes and onions. My only suggestion for improvement would be good care and cleaning instructions.

Slice and dice revival
When my kitchen knives started performing more like butter spreaders than culinary tools, I faced a dilemma: splurge on a shiny new knife set or take a chance on a knife sharpener. Being the frugal (and slightly lazy) chef that I am, I opted for this knife sharpener instead of shelling out for new blades. Spoiler alert: my wallet and I are now living our best life, and my tomatoes are quaking in fear. This little gadget is like a personal trainer for your knives—tough love included. Setup was a breeze; it’s basically plug-and-play, except there’s no plug, just a satisfyingly compact device that doesn’t hog counter space. I was skeptical at first—could this thing really bring my dull, sad knives back from the brink? But after running my trusty (and rusty) chef’s knife through its sharpening slots, I was ready to audition for a samurai movie. That blade went from “meh” to “Miyamoto Musashi” in under a minute. The sharpener’s design is idiot-proof, which is great because I’m no sharpening stone guru. It has a couple of stages—coarse for the truly neglected blades and fine for that polished, chop-through-a-hair finish. I may have gotten carried away, sharpening everything from my paring knife to a pair of scissors I found in a junk drawer. What’s the catch? Well, it’s not silent. It sounds like a tiny, angry robot gnawing on metal, but it’s over so fast you’ll barely notice. Also, don’t expect it to turn your $5 discount-bin knives into Wüsthofs—it’s a sharpener, not a miracle worker. But for the price, it’s like giving your old knives a new lease on life without the commitment of a full knife-set divorce. In short, this gadget saved me from dropping a small fortune on new knives while restoring my chopping confidence. My carrots are now sliced paper-thin, my onions cry before I even start cutting, and I’m pretty sure my bread is whispering, “Please, be gentle.” If you’re on the fence about upgrading your cutlery, grab this sharpener instead. It’s the kitchen equivalent of a glow-up, and your bank account will thank you.

Does the job… kind of
It’s okay. Not amazing, not terrible just kind of in the middle.I like that it has different slots for sharpening, restoring, and polishing. It’s easy to use and pretty beginner-friendly. Plus, it comes with a glove, which is a nice touch for safety. For regular kitchen knives that aren’t too damaged, it actually does a decent job.BUT, it’s not a miracle worker. If your knives are really dull or higher-end steel, this thing struggles. And it doesn’t do much for serrated knives or scissors (even though it claims to). Also, it’s pretty light, so it tends to move around unless you hold it firmly with your other hand.So yeah, it’s good for quick maintenance, but don’t expect pro-level sharpening. If you’re just looking to keep everyday knives in check, it’ll do fine. Just manage your expectations.

A High-performing Value for Money Investment
I must admit, I have always been skeptical about low-priced gadgets and their performance. However, the longzon 4-in-1 Knife Sharpener turned this skepticism on its head, delivering astonishing results. I feel compelled to share my fantastic experience with this superb kitchen companion.Firstly, the intuitive four-stage design is anything but gimmicky. The process consisting of coarse, medium, and fine sharpening stages ensures my formerly dull knives regain their edge flawlessly. This makes it a no-brainer for anyone desiring to resurrect blunt knives professionally. The redesign of this product places ergonomics at the fore. The non-slip rubber base and ergonomic handle have proven invaluable in my kitchen. No more nerve-wracking sharpening moments for me, thanks to its secure grip and comfortable use. Remarkably, it's amiable to both right-handed and left-handed users – a true one-size-fits-all solution! This knife sharpener's size doesn’t reflect its abilities. It's small and practical, at the same time surprisingly straightforward to use. Gone are the days of struggling with intricate sharpening techniques – a few careful drags through this device, and voila! A knife ready to slice with restaurant-level precision. One thing to note: Make sure to read and follow the instructions carefully and you will be rewarded with perfectly sharpened tools. Not suitable for serrated knives, however, it has effectively sharpened my worn-out scissors and decade-old knives. The cherry on top? Longzon’s commendable customer service. Not only does the sharpener come with a refund/replacement offer, but they also provide top-rate guidance that has left me entirely satisfied. To sum up, you get more than what you pay for with this product. It's not just a simple kitchen tool; rather, it's an excellent investment that has already paid for itself through the numerous items it has brought back to life. If you're cycling through various higher-priced sharpeners with disappointing results, give this one a shot before you call it quits. You won't be disappointed! Happy sharpening!

A very basic kitchen item that works well.
This seems to work well, but perhaps not as well as my previous knife sharpener. It is hard to say exactly what I am unhappy about, perhaps it is the amount of strokes it takes to sharpen the knives versus my previous one. It has become my default sharpener in my kitchen in any case.
