Like most things Malco make it’s a steep price but it definitely does the job it’s designed to do and so far it has held up to being stepped on, dropped numerous times, thrown into my unorganized dangerously overcrowded toolbox (which has been the demise of a lot of lesser quality tools of mine). So all in all I definitely recommend the tool if you’re in the market for a professional grade folding tool. The handle adds tremendous leverage to help make your bends (on 24 ga panels in my case).

Perfect tool for installing a metal roof

Nicely made and finished. I would have liked a longer handle for better leverage (less effort on my part). It works well for folding but you need to be careful to ensure the sheet metal roofing stays fully in the appropriate grove when folding over.
