I have been using this light weight creamy cleanser for a few weeks now and love it! I use it to remove my makeup at night before bed time. I massage it into my skin, without water and it removes all of my makeup, I rinse it with cool water and it leaves my skin feeling clean, and moisturized and it does not feel like it is stripping my skin of its natural moisture. This is a lightweight cleanser that once the makeup is removed, it moisturizes the skin and leaves it feeling fresh, clean and moisturized but not greasy.

I first purchased this product in a mall kiosk and loved it from the start. It doesn't pull your skin but doesn't leave it oily. It is a much better buy via Amazon of course. I ordered 2 bottles the last time around and they arrived quick and were packaged nicely. This is how I will obtain the product going forward because it is less expensive and the kiosk people always try to sell you other stuff you don't need! Thanks Amazon!

Great item, but the price has gone up

I use this product to remove makeup on a daily basis. It works extremely well and is wonderful for sensitive skin. I highly recommend.

This is one of my favorite face products. It makes your skin feel instantly smoother and healthier. I wish Onsen had more options for daily face lotion. I order this product regularly!

I want to like this. I love the cuticle cream they make. This doesn't lather which is fine. But it doesnt make my skin feel clean. Leaves like an oily film feeling. Not all the way clean type feeling. And made my chin break out. However I have been tweaking with it. I found that if I just mix one pump of this with my regular face wash and a bit of baking soda it works good for when I exfoliate. Doesn't make my face look as red as it usually is normally so I guess thats good.

I like a milk cleanser face lotion and this product does what I wanted it for and very happy with this brand And I will reorder. I have also ordered the body lotion which is on it's way and I'm looking forward to trying That.

I had been looking for a light yet effective morning use product and Onsen seemed to have filled the bill well. BUTAs in all things product and packaging go hand in hand. Onsen has changed both. Package looks cheap, and the product being shipped doesn’t smell good work the same nor feel the same. The last purchase I made will be exactly that, the last. Onsen and I are going our separate ways, take what you may from this . Personally I would now avoid it. It now seems a bit “industrial “.

Wow this stuff is just amazing! I honestly thought there was no saving my face, it was red and coming out in blotches under the eyes all the time and i thought I would give this ago and wow! My cheeks are white again 😲 there is no redness in my face anymore and it feels so smooth, I wish I could post the picture of my results but I'm not sure how. Dont think about buying it just do it!!!! It did sting at first but my face was dry now it's fine when I apply 👍

I originally bought an Onsen moisturizer a few years ago and it was really good. I thought I'd try this one when I found it on Amazon and so far it seems just as good. It's a brilliant moisturizer and really good to use after a face mask. Would definitely recommend.

This is an excellent face wash for dry, sensitive skin. Skin feels hydrated, soft and smooth. Love it!
