Offer great comfort and stability, perfect for exercise
The TWS Q22 Earphones from Motast deliver substantial comfort, so much so that you can barely feel their presence. This was a must for me as I intended to use them for walking, and as such they have also not once slipped off, unlike my non-earhooked pair. Their size is also quite compact and the rubbery hook is barely noticeable. The case is also quite small, surprising with its projected battery life.Provided you first charge up the case the remainder of the way, the earphones will charge every time without issue, so remember to read the manual. The battery life is fairly substantial and the earphones will last beyond 5 hours, with each earphone clocking in at slightly different times, 5 hours 50 minutes was my longest recorded running time. The earphones are supposed to recharge fully in roughly 50 minutes, and I can certainly say from my personal experience that they managed this in under an hour, so very good going. Notable too is the inclusion of an LED display which indicates both how charged the earphones are with a battery display icon topping up, and the overall percentage of the case's charge. This is a really nice touch and doesn't leave you guessing. The case is supposed to last 100 hours, though I have not been able to test this yet. It can also serve as a charger for your other devices with its USB A socket, very handy when you're out in the sticks. To charge the charger itself a micro USB socket is used and a cable is supplied. No USB-C fast charging here, but for the price that's to be expected. In terms of connectivity, the earphones do this with ease, even with my DAP which I connect to using a Bluetooth transmitter. This had been difficult with my prior pair of earphones, though it didn't tend to have a problem with these. One issue I did find was, when connecting to my PC, it did have an issue disconnecting once having been connected, this can be easily remedied by having your PC remove the device, connect to the device you want and then add the Q22 earphones again when you want to use them. The connection generally remained strong only sometimes weakening with objects in the way such as being in another room, which is fairly stamdard for Bluetooth devices.Regarding sound quality, these are certainly on the bassy end which can be quite full, if a little muddy. The overall sound quality however is not at all bad at this value proposition, and will serve you well in a more active setting. One thing to note is that these earphones are pretty loud, so be careful with the volume settings. I'd say they're best used on a device which gives you a lot of control over volume level, such as a DAP.The volume controls on the device are responsive though should probably be given a light touch. The play/pause function works well too. I did notice perhaps a slight lag when watching a video, though nothing significant, and they are after all better intended for outdoors use. Having not used this function, I can't attest to their use in communicating during phone calls, though this is an available option.Overall a great deal for the price with much of the functionality I was after for a pair of earphones needed for exercise, with great comfort, decent sound quality and strong battery life.

Good value for money headphones.
I really like these headphones! I have tried lots before (wired, loop round back, p shaped ear phones), but I have very small ears and the previous ones have either fallen out or needed constant adjustment. These are a good fit for me and the over ear loop means I won't lose them should they come loose. I also wear glasses and they are comfortable sitting on top of the loop.I often run early mornings - so it's important to me to be able to hear my surroundings and I find I am comfortable with these at low volume. You can also run with just the left one in if you want.Love the case lcd displaying charge levels - really useful.I'm not a sound expert - but I am happy with the sound quality (although they're not as good as my husbands Jabbra sport - but they are also 1/4 of the price!)I connect mine to my watch to listen to music - so haven't used it for phone calls etc.Overall I am very happy with these and they make running and work much more pleasurable.

Good for running, no good for phone calls
Updated and have removed one star as I’ve attempted to hold several phone conversations via these headphones and everyone has said I sound very muffled and hard to hear - to the extent I had to carefully take them off. First attempt to remove them during a call cut the person off as it takes one gentle tap on the right headphone to end a call. Good for running no good for phone calls.I purchased these to replace my old waterproof headphones I use for running. I have a pair of the 2nd gen AirPods which are good but had a scare when one fell out so didn’t want to use those as ones for running. After much looking around these ones looked ok, am becoming a little nervous of Amazon reviews these days but thought I’d give these a go they were cheap but seemed to have good reviews and had the battery case - which according to the blurb gave 100hours of extra charge to the headphones. They arrived promptly and the the case and headphones were already charged. They look a lot bigger than I was expecting, the case is pretty heavy (compared to AirPods). They are a little fiddly to get in and out of the case but nothing that is an issue. As mentioned in the blurb, the two headphones are independent of each other of you want them to be ie they both receive a signal from the phone. So you can use only one if you want or turn one off at times when running if you want to be able to hear the outside noise. This is a useful feature.I’ve used these for a few weeks now and tend to run about 80kms per week and have found these really good for staying in, the ear hook gives a lot of comfort that they won’t fall out. They don’t move or come loose when running. A useful feature is if you press and hold the right one it increases volume and left will decrease volume.Though the headphones look big, once in they don’t appear to be and don’t protrude from the ear much (I’ve actually managed to sleep in them several times even lying on my side).I’m not one to comment on sound quality but it is perfectly good for listening to music and audio books and plenty loud enough to be able to hear it when running next to traffic. They are not noise cancelling but that doesn’t matter to me.The battery in the case does indeed last forever. I’ve not charged it in the two weeks I’ve had them and it’s still on 55%. The little led charge indicators are really helpful in the case. The headphone batteries last for about 3 hours but do charge very quickly.Attached is a photo showing them next to my airpods for comparison (the airpod case is protected by a Spigen cover)Definitely recommend these as headphones. Really good, comfortable and versatile.
