I love anything roast. I used this for jerk Cornish hens. Right off the bone too.

It’s much smaller than I expected. But it’s quite sturdy. It hold up the 5lb duck well enough to do the job. Easy to clean. And could use the duck oil in the plate for more dishes.

I sent it back. It was flimsy and broke as soon as I put a 3 pound chicken on it.

These are great, easy to use and help cook a whole bird evenly.

It made my chicken tender and juicey, crispy on the outside

Although most of the juices and grease ends up in the catch pan…the design allows the grease to run down the stand and through the holes and onto the bottom of my oven.

I know this will sound silly but after all the expensive caste iron roasters, the folding stands and the million other ways I've roasted chicken the fact that this really inexpensive roaster cooked the most incredibly tasty bird still ever floored us! I had one as a young bride and thought when I got richer I'd find a better roaster. Well, I've tried them all now and this is still the best...and you get two in a package. This roaster is going to outlive me!!
