Metal T-adapter with Shut-off Valve, 3-way Tee Connector, Chrome Finish, for Bidet4me Hand Held Bidet

I highly recommend this product. It is a good quality unit, with a nice finish. It was easy to install. I used this for a Neo 120 washlet/bidet. The shut off handle is a nice feature to further micro manage/dial in the bidet's water pressure.It replaced the plastic valve that came with the Neo 120 washlet/bidet, that started to leak ever so slightly after a couple of years use.After purchasing this product, do yourself a favor. Buy spare washers, particularly cone washers, to make the install a breeze. I had the benefit of a commercial plumber's free consultation while he saw me shop for toilet parts. He recommended such.You might get buy without an additional washer, like I did on a few past installations, with some success and sometimes not. With success, it took a lot of time - trial and error to get the seals to not leak. When unsuccessful, it meant returning a valve when it was probably not the issue. I've used 3 other T valves - the original neo plastic and two other metal ones from different companies.The biggest issue with the installation is getting a tight seal with the valve and the northerly interface of the toilet float's plastic threads. It can be real finnicky to get right without the right washers.Drop in a cone washer and it works great. Hand tighten the three interfaces of the T valve. You do not want to strip threads, like the plastic ones coming from the toilet's float valve, by over tightening with a wrench.

I have been using it for 9 months already. It is still shiny as new and working fine except for 2 points.1. It wasn't easy to fix it. It should have come with a learning guide.2. The shower piece leaks. So i have to shut off the valve everytime i finish using it.

Bought to use on a Luxe Neo 120 bidet. I tried another T adapter first and couldn’t get it on without leaking. I’m talking spending almost 2 hours on screwing it on and leaking every time. When I bought this one it worked on the first time. Had the first one on for about a year and still doing good. Just bought another one for another bidet I just installed. I highly recommend this one.

This works great once you get it to not leak. The issue I had was where the water supply connects to the bottom of this adapter - I found a spare gasket that I had laying around that fit inside the water supply hose and sealed with this adapter. I use it for a bidet/cloth diaper sprayer and it works well now but would have gotten 5 stars if the gasket was included or built in.

I replaced my old T-adapter (non-adjustable) when it started leaking. It probably just needed new teflon tape, but I wanted to try these new style adjustable ones. They seem a bit expensive but they are definitely worth it. This is a solid hunk of metal that will probably last until I can't do my own washing any longer. I love the small adjustable handle that adjusts the water pressure to your liking. It also refills the toilet tank very quickly, vs. my old adapter that had more water go to the hose than the tank.I tried to do some research about 7/8" vs 15/16" outlets and decided to play it safe with the 7/8". I bought another "all in one" set that had a similar adapter with the 15/16" outlets but both are completely leak free. Can't go wrong with these! Happy washing!

Very solid, good quality product. The T-adapter that came with my Novita/Kohler bidet leaked no matter which gasket and how much silicone tape I put on. I ordered this one to replace it and haven’t had any leaks at all. Very nice finish, and very solid product. I ordered 3 more to replace all of the T-adapters on the rest of the bidets in my home since they all have plastic connectors that will breakdown over time.

What is crazy about this unit is the quality of the unit itself is very nice. The problem is the rubber seal that connects the valve to the toilet. Round flat washers don't mix well with american fill valves. Cone washers fix the leaking problem and make it an easy install. So, pre-purchase cone washers and you will be very happy.

Worked perfectly fine with "Ownace Bidet Shattaf Douche Spray Chrome Hygienic Toilet Shower Head Hose". It connects right under flush water tank and you can basically connect the hose from your shower head bidet to it. Works like a charm. Previously I've used my custom builds with many adapters and every build always had leak problems. With this T-adapter and the above hose, problem solved.
