So far these are great quality brushes! I was looking for a foundation brush and this set was cheaper than most brushes alone. Elf is such a great dupe brand overall and these are no different. The brush has held up and doesn't shed like other brushes do. Highly recommend!

These are really good brushes for the price. I had never tried applying my makeup with a variety of different sizes and types of brushes, so I wanted to try it out at a lower price point first. Although there were brush sets that cost less, I went with the e.l.f. brushes because I knew they were a good brand. So far, I've been pleased with the results. These are synthetic brushes which are super soft, do a good job of blending, and are easy to use. So far, I haven't had any issues with the bristles shedding either, and I've been using them every day. So, if you're thinking about trying foundation and/or concealer brushes for the first time, or if you're an experienced user who wants some inexpensive backup brushes, definitely consider this set!
