Dr. Newton's Naturals Vital B Plus - B Complex Vitamins with Antioxidants

Great for headaches, migraines, etc. I done research on headaches and migraines as to what causes them and it's due to the lack of B-Vitamins (all of the B complexes). I have not had a headache nor took any NSAIDS since I've been taking these B-Vital Plus.

Everyone reacts to different supplements in different ways. B vitamins tend to make me jittery but these have a very calming effect while greatly increasing my energy levels and mental clarity. I am miserable on days that I don't remember to take them. I don't know what formula they use but they are the best B vitamins I have found on the market.

I use this everyday. Since they are water soluble, you can't take too many. Good for fatigue and anxiety. Been using this Vital B Plus product for at least 20 years now. I offer them to my friends when they have a health complaint and they have always been thankful.

Am getting ready to order again ... I have only been taking a little less than one month and have felt better; hopefully will have even more energy boost next month. I am not getting paid to write this review. I will be taking this supplement for a good long while.
