Mine is connected to the push button on the wall vs to the garage opener. I have a tons of devices controlled by the Smart Life app so I purchased this for that feature. I also chose this due to the wireless sensor vs the early versions that were wired.Once in a while it fails to notify (Android 11) the garage was opened or closed but it is always recorded in the Smart Life app log.Recently it notified me the garage was open but it was not. All I had to do was open the garage then close it & the status was accurate again in the app.Works great with Alexa.

Works like a champ. I cheated and wired the controller into the push button wall switch at the front of the garage so I wouldn’t have to climb on a ladder.

Très simple à installer. J'ai essayé les deux applications suggérées et j'ai finalement opté pour smart home, puisque j'avais déjà plusieurs appareils sur cette application mais je dois dire que les deux fonctionnent très bien.Le petit bidule collé sur la porte confirme bien si elle est ouverte ou fermer. De plus j' ai ajouté l'appareil dans google home(google assistant) et il fonctionne très bien aussi. Je peux ouvrir et fermer la porte par la voix, sauf que pour l'ouverture vous devez entrer un NIP par sécurité.Pour la fermeture,cela n'est pas nécessaire.La conception semble de faible qualité mais pour le prix(spécial à $ 37.99 CAD) on n'a pas à ce plaindre aussi longtemps que les appareils fonctionnent bien et naturellement qu'elles durent pour une longue période....

The device is working well as a "remote button" to open or close the door. My Sommer Synoris door opener has no ability to be controlled by Wifi. This gizmo gave me exactly this, and nothing else. I was hoping to be able to query Alexa to see if the door was open or close but the device isn't capable of detecting the state of the door correctly. The add-on module on the door itself is simply unreliable.

This product is great and explained very well in the description. It took about 5 minutes to open the box, connect to my WiFi using the Smart Life app on Android, then 15 minutes to install on my opener. I really like the wireless door sensor. Installation was straight forward and working great. I have purchased and installed 2 now, and will be getting a 3rd shortly. Well done.

It works when it finally gets paid... not a fan of it asking for a ompin every time u ask it to open garage.
