I started taking this when pregnant because my friend said it could help with morning sickness. I noticed an improvement in my morning sickness when I started taking it so I don’t know if it was just placebo or if it actually worked. I still take it daily even after having my child because I know I don’t get enough calcium in my diet. Yes, the pills have powder all over them with each bottle I’ve gotten but it’s really not as big of deal as everyone is making it out to be. Just wipe off your hands on a towel.

I like the fact that these are in capsule form because they are easier for me to swallow than tablets. Unfortunately, some of the capsules come apart (open) in the bottle which results in a lot of calcium citrate powder that coats the inner surface of the bottle and the outer surface of all the remaining capsules. This is the second time I have bought this item and both times it's been a powdery mess. I will keep them and use them, but may search for another brand next time.UPDATE 4/25/2024: The folks at Healthway have demonstrated excellent customer service after seeing my review and my problem. They provided a refund and encouraged me to give them another chance. Good customer service and taking ownership of a problem are both rare and admirable these days, so I am changing my review from 3 stars to 5 stars. And I will be giving them another chance when it's time to reorder my calcium citrate. Thank you Healthway! 😊

Capsule a bit too large for many older people.

I buy this for my brother in law. He has been taking it for years and likes this brand a lot. Good quality brand and product.

I’ve been buying Solaray for years now, and they are quality at a good price. So many supplements would have you taking lots more just to accommodate the % of elemental ingredients.

I ordered a second bottle by mistake. So, I want to remind buyers that this is not pure calcium citrate, no accurate information offered. It is not absorbed well and I got kidney stone symptoms. The product isn’t qualified as calcium citrate because calcium citrate is well absorbed by human. I have to trash the left capsules. There are powers spilted in all capsoles in my two bottles. it isn’t a professional product.
