An all around great product!
I absolutely love this headset! As someone who works from home and is on the phone the majority of the day I couldn't have chosen a better headset. I had recently bought a very inexpensive wireless headset and it was terrible! My clients kept telling me that I was echoing, sounded like I was in a tunnel and so on.... I then returned it and once again made the same mistake and bought another inexpensive wireless headset. I tested it out and it was even worse then the first one! I said to myself "I guess I am going to be stuck wearing a wired headset and I'll just have to deal with it...or so I thought lol. I asked my supervisor if he could recommended a good one to me and he told me about the Jabra Evolve. He knew how frustrated I was with the frequent headaches because my wired headset that my work provided was big and uncomfortable, I was chained to my desk and all I wanted was one that was "perfect" and allowed me to be free. The sound quality was important to me but the most important thing was for my clients to be able to hear me clearly. I trust my boss and if he says Jabra Evolve 65s are good then I am sold! He has the Jabra Evolve 75s and swears by them so I ordered the one I wanted right away! I got it the next day and couldn't wait to test it out. I was unsure of what the settings needed to be set to in my PC for the input and output and for the Advanced Sound settings. I Skype my boss and asked for help. He had me present my computer screen so he can see what the settings needed to be. I was so anxious to know if I sounded clear and was able to be heard. Soon after I did a test call to the bosses cell phone using the phone software installed in my PC which is Vontage . We had a minor issue at first because he could hear me but I couldn't hear him. Immediately I thought "Not again"! We did a few little adjustments and made another test call and my boss said I sounded perfect! I Immediately asked him, do I sound like I'm in a tunnel, am I echoing or is there a delay? He laughed and said "nope you sound great"! I was ecstatic, and relieved that I had finally found what I was needing and looking for. I now HIGHLY recommend the Jabra Evolve 65 wireless headset. The sound is great, and clear and that was most important to me. It is lightweight and comfortable to wear all day while working. Also, the fact that it has a mute button is awesome and it's simple to use and fast, all you do is hold the volume down button for a second, until you hear the beep and its on mute and you do the same to unmute. I am 100% happy and satisfied with my purchase, thank you Jabra for making such great products!

They work well ...Until they break.
Ive purchased 2 pair of these head phones. I really like them. They are comfortable and work better than some if the others I have tried. The sound is crystal clear...not muffled at all and the range is good. They work well with Avaya. My only issue is that after normal use, they broke in the same place twice after a couple of months. I think I will try another brand this go round. Update... I have yet to find headphones with the clarity that these have. Guess I'll have to stick with these.

Nice quality
I like my Jabra pro headset as this meets my employers use, however I am giving four stars because of the headband portion. There is no way to making it fit properly on the head. Its very comfortable however, does not fit properly and falls off at any movement. The sound quality is great and I like having the two ear coverage. The mic quality is also good. Charging ability last a long time and has the notice to let you know after 12 hours to recharge. Overall it has ease of use but again falls off the head and has no support.

Great head set!
I waited to write this review to see how long and how well this head set works / lasts. December I will have had it 3 years. I use it daily all day to the point it is always around my neck. I work dispatch for a plumbing company. I don’t sit behind a desk all day because I wear many hats for the company and run errands etc all the while answering the phone. This head set is awesome as it is easy to get on in a hurry and it connects at the touch a button. You can be beside something super loud and the customer doesn’t hear a thing. I have driven in my jeep with the top down and answered a call and you don’t hear any wind or background noise. The range is also very good as I can walk away from my phone about 2 rooms and stillI have good connection. It is now about time for me to order a new one as the head piece has stretched now and it’s hard to keep on. I have worn it completely out, but it has served me well. I ordered a stand for it to sit on at night while it’s charging and I really like that as well. They are mid size, but I am okay with that as they serve their purpose. I highly recommend, but keep in mind. If you wear them as much as I do, be prepared to replace in about 2&1/2 to 3 years.

So it did it's job (wireless headset)... but likely wouldn't buy again because of quality issues
I bought it because I wanted a wireless headset mainly for meetings - but also for watching videos and music. Overall - for voice - it has a decent sound - does the job and works well. The mic does a decent job - but it really has to be right up on your mouth to work well. Music/video was alright - it wasn't anything special. Also - the battery progressively got worse and worse at holding a charge.... especially when on standby. However, after owning for just almost 1.5 years - the ratcheted adjustment for head depth broke on one side.... causing it to not have the natural "stops" that prevent it from going up or down... but also this side panel pops off half way when I try to adjust it. I can pop it back in place - but the problem repeats itself. If this was a $50 pair of headphones - I wouldn't feel so bad... However, I spent $200 on this piece of gear - and I really expected it to be more durable. It is not worth $200 for a year and a half of use (and actually only really limited to a few hours a day - and it was well taken care of. So it was decent while it was not broken - but too expensive to break beyond repair within about 4 months of getting outside of the one year warranty. Jabra either needs to make their expensive gear far more durable - or they need to extend the warranty so people don't feel taken advantage of. At this point - I wouldn't buy another Jabra device... and I can be pretty forgiving on this stuff. It just cost too much to have to purchase another one a bit over a year after purchasing it. There are options at 1/2 the price that are minimally as durable.

Comprei este headset para minha esposa que trabalha diariamente cerca de 6 horas em reuniões on-line. Ela só fez elogios ao produto.

V easy to pair with multiple devices (laptop and phone). Very very clear sound for voice. Works perfectly for zoom/teams work calls. The look with the boom is professional too! I enjoy using it to listen to podcasts too. Basically this thing is optimised for voice. Hearing and speaking. I love the button to mute and unmute as well. Keep it in your cart and when it goes on sale at just above US$100, just click BUY!!

I was kind of happy with this, but the headset got looser and looser on my head, I have only had it three months, then tonight the ear part just fell off.............. just like that. So NOOOOOO i wouldn't recommend these at all.
