K, so normally I love these pies. I've purchased them thruout the last 2-3 years. They are usually very tasty, & normally fresh (delivered in their original pie box enclosed tightly with sealed plastic wrap around the whole original pie box). Except this time, the pies were sent by themselves, loose in a regular cardboard box without plastic wrap. Not sanitary, extremely stale, hard, basically inedible, & I question whether it's safe to consume. If I was a retailer, I'd never sell these. This is incredibly disappointing, as this is the 2nd purchase I've ordered within the last few weeks. (The1st order didn't arrive, yet I got charged. And now this order is inedible, yet I am charged once again). Total waste of $50. Shame on this seller. They have a great product but don't bother to take the time to send it correctly nor ensure it arrives. This'll probably be the last time I try to order these. Such a bummer. :(
