I have bought these for years! My kids love making these! They are so much fun! You get a good amount in the package for the money. The kids can use their imagination or trace something cute. These are a lot of fun!

prior to purchasing, i noticed lots of negative reviews about these shrinkies. mainly people complained that the plastic never properly flattened, folded over itself, or that it didn’t shrink as much as intended. just wanted to quickly mention that these need to be in the oven much longer than you think! on select brands or versions of shrink plastic it’s typically between 10 seconds and 1 minutes as per instructions— however, these particular shrinkies usually need up to 3 minutes!!!!* the “folding over” is apart of the process, and the shrinkies naturally flatten themselves out if they’re given the proper amount of time!!

easy to use but very quick to bake so you really need to watch them. they did get in very funny contorted configurations before settling down flat for some of the shapes we cut. you need to do a couple and watch the process so you know the timing in your oven. we pulled them out when they went flat and waited a second before gently pressing them with an oven mitt when needed. sometimes i did lay them on white card stock and when i pressed them some of the ink came off on the card stock. for the price it is a cheap and fun craft project for kids and adults alike.

Of all the shrink plastic brands, Shrinky Dink's quality is the best: it is less likely to curl during the baking process, and is the most amenable to being flattened immediately out of the oven. Some notes for using the clear medium: sometimes, you may want to color both sides of the sheet; this type of sheet will not work with an inkjet printer. If the package does not specify "inkjet," then don't use it with an inkjet printer.

No es la primera vez que compro este producto, llevo un año comprándolo y puedo decir que la calidad es muy buena. Cuenta con un instructivo en el cual te indica las temperaturas, después de experimentar con la pistola de calor, horno y microhorno puedo afirmar que el mejor es el microhorno, ya que con la pistola de calor puede llegar a sobrecalentar el producto y provocar esas burbujas indeseables, por otro lado es más propenso a que se doble y se pegue el plástico consigo mismo y arruine el proyecto, en cambio con el horno es bueno por cuestiones de salud no es recomendable usarlo en un horno convencional. Con el microhorno dispersa la temperatura de manera proporcional evitando así la creación de burbujas y permite tener un ambiente controlado. Yo lo uso para crear mis llaveros de resina y me ha traído buenos resultados.

The quality was nice. the price was a bit expensive but was nice. However the posca paint I used was rubbing off, but very nice.
