I got this to make birthday cake flavored protein ice cream with the ninja creami. I used it with vanilla extract to get the right flavor and it turned out to be one of my husband's favorite flavors so far! Also you can slightly alter the cake taste by also using other extract flavors like a tiny amount of butter, almond or lemon depending on what exact flavor profile you want. If you're like me and you love protein ice creams but want different easy flavor options, a cake flavored extract is a necessity. The price is great but wish there was a larger bottle option

We bought a ninja creami for christmas and have been trying new ice cream recipes. We found this cake batter extract and have perfected our cake batter ice cream. It tastes exactly like Coldstone Creamerys cake batter ice cream (if you haven't had that, I'm sorry). Will be buying more!!!

Imagine going to an ice cream shop and getting birthday cake flavored ice cream. That's essentially what this is. I do have to say, I wasn't expecting it to be yellow, and its a little thicker than other extracts, but its sooo good in ice cream.
