Sorbitol is not a good idea.
I can't use these because of the sorbitol. My fault for not noticing when I read the ingredients above. I just came off taking a strong antibiotic that tore up my intestines and gave me bad case of oral thrush even while eating yogurt in between doses. Sorbitol is astrong laxitive. If you ingest more than a little bit it gives you the runs. I'm surprised they haven't removed it as a sweetner. I was trying to find a vitamin c sweetner only with stevia.
