Excellent power at true 1.5 vdc
I've been using the AA batteries in my trail camera. They last for months. So with that experience I bought AAA batteries for a flashlight. Takes 4. Very bright. The design of both sizes ensures 1.5 vDC until they are discharged. Other rechargeable batteries drop in voltage (as do alkalines). Devices like a flashlight get dim. Microelectronics may stop working.

Very Good Batteries
Just as good as their AA cells. I now have 2 of them in my mouse, and they seem to be holding charge a lot longer than the NiMH cells I've been using. And they're relatively cheap too.

Nice batteries but there is something you should know.
The batteries arrived undamaged and they all charged quickly. Each battery has a blue led hidden under the battery's positive pole, which flashes while the battery is charging. I like it.Cons: The battery's capacity is listed as "1100 Mwh" milliwatt hours, instead of the usual capacity standard, which is milliamp hours ("Mah"). Keep in mind that Watts = volts * amps and these lithium batteries deliver 1.5 volts, instead of the usual 1.2 volts for NiMH batteries. So if we convert 1100Mwh / 1.5 volts, we get a true capacity of 700mah. (A lot of aaa NiMH batteries have a 1100mah capacity).

will not charge
i would like to give less than 1 star. none of the 8 batteries take a charge in the hixson provided charger. will not take a return or replacement. definitely not rechargeable 6000 times as advertised. charger does not even recognize batteries inserted but works with my older aa batteries, so not a charger issue, bad batteries.

batteries and charger work great and are a must to use together.
1.5v rechargeable AAA-size Lithium batteries are a rare commodity. These have been very satisfactory for use in HVAC thermostats. Note the charger is a must for this exact oddball of a battery type.

These rechargeable lithium cells maintain a full 1.5 volts better than other rechargeables
The problem with most rechargeable cells (Ni-Cd, NiMH, etc.) is that they start out at around 1.25 Volts, which leaves many LED lights significantly dimmer than they should be - even from the outset.I have a headlamp that takes three AAA cells that I wear at night when walking our dogs. It doesn't have any dimming features or fancy DC-to-DC converters in it, but I like it because it's lightweight and comfortable on my head.LEDs are good about "graceful degradation" as battery voltage drops, diminishing their output as the batteries drop in voltage as they become exhausted, but without the right voltage to begin with, most LED lights will never be as bright as they're supposed to be. These 1.5 Volt rechargeable lithium cells solve that problem because they actually put out an honest 1.5 volts, so my headlamp stays nice and bright, from beginning to end.Even though they seem to provide a bit less warning than other rechargeable cells when they are about to become depleted, I'm happy to accept that trade-off.

seems to lose charge when just sitting. gets hot under heavy load
I'm wondering if the internal voltage regulator is consuming power even when the battery is not being used. It seems to be losing charge sitting around.Another issue is that when used in a flashlight, the light is very bright as the battery is dumping lot of current into flashlight. but along with it, the battery is heating up quite a bit. Not sure if its the Li-ion battery heating up or the voltage regulator is getting very hot.I'm okay with having to recharge the battery more often but do wonder about the heat generation under heavy load.
