Back up for TV
This replacement battery worked perfectly! Just hooked it up 2 days ago and guess what power went out today on Christmas!

Nice battery
Nice battery. It costs about half of the cost of the same battery from the device company. It will likely last as long as the backup device.

Good replacement battery
I’ve had an APC back up UPS ES-550 for several years. My battery recently died and I bought this as a replacement. Very easy to install and works perfectly. I like that it has many outlets for all my electronics to plug into. Difficult to estimate longevity at this time since I’ve only had it for a week.

AJC is not APC
BEWARE. AJC and APC compatible are confusing. I ordered this battery in error. Compatible does not work for me. I prefer to order the genuine replacement. The AJC battery is non returnable. However, they will accept a return. You just need to pay for the shipping. Estimated return shipping is $23 for a $30 battery. Makes you question the actual value of the battery. I am not using the battery and not bothering to return it.

For it to work in power outage.
The battery came quickly and easy to install. I don't know yet how well it works haven't had power outage yet.

Confidence in Keeping Electronics Safe.
This replacement battery works as stated in my APC UPS. Hopefully it will last as long as the original. In addition to my computer, I have my embroidery machine plugged in to it. Living in Florida you never know when a storm and power surg will happen.
