So I got this as a Christmas present, and I’ve only used it one time super easy to set up. Definitely would recommend a little bit firmer pillow. I set mine up on the floor.I was literally freezing when I went in so I set my timer for 40 minutes for the first time, and the last 12 minutes was about the time I started to really sweat. I was generally surprised I think I am going to love using this product I felt very relaxed and kind of detox! That was just my first time! I’m gonna make it a part of my daily routine and I will, check back in a month and give another review but I think this product is amazing. Good quality gets plenty Warm controls are easy to use. It was really nice to just lay and disconnect. (I was on a beach in Key West. ) lol I also just wore my tank top and underwear and it did get a little bit warm under my tush so they do kind of recommend a towel that I will use next time very easy to clean very durable. I just used baby wipes to clean mine when I was done.If you’re debating on buying this one, it’s worth it I shopped around a lot before I bought this one again. Will check back in in a month.

I spent 1600$ on 8 visits at a massage house. (Sessions were 20 mins each). I wish I had known about this before. I sweated more in 25 minutes & 1 session than I did 5 there. If you are back and forth with the idea. Dont be. Just buy it. You will not be sorry, (especially if you like to sweat the fat off).

I just received this, so excited to use it, I read the manual all the way through before even opening the packaging. It was all simple enough, nothing too complex. I plugged it in turned it on and it seemed to work, for a few seconds. It then shut off and won’t turn on now. I have tried other outlets, unplugging it, plugging it back in etc. I’m so disappointed and dissatisfied.

I do enjoy the infrared summer bag has a little gifted company in the setting the temperature and time in but I'm adjustingbut I do enjoy it thank you

It was comfortable and easy to use. Undure about the remote because I did not use it. Make sure you follow the directions to prevent overheating. I seated a lot at 60 C for 30 minutes.

WORKD GREAT!! I have not had any problems and i use it 6 times so far in 30 days...I have an expensive one at my job and purchased this one for home use. i wouldn't recommend for commercial use

The mat is great; however the remote doesn’t work. Huge problem for solo at home use.
