I was hesitant to get this machine based on some of the reviews commenting on the difficulty in cleaning this machine. Don't let them fool you, I've been using it twice a day for a month now and it's pristine! It's VERY easy to clean. The espresso is perfect every time, the milk wand takes a little getting used to though - but once you get the hang of it you get great results. Just bear in mind that this is a short machine so you won't get your fancy tall latte glasses under it (I forgot to check the dimensions) but any other cup fits. The blue & cork/wood effect are stunning and it looks great in the kitchen. If you want a cheap but good quality coffee machine, this is the one!

I was put off by some of the reviews that mentioned staining, so I read the Which review which was all positive and decided to get one.I like a double Cappuccino with an extra shot of expresso as well as strong black coffee, you can see the results in the picture.I've had it for a month now and there's no sign of any staining or mess so I can only conclude that either I've been lucky like the other Which subscribers or some people just like to moan about stuff on the Internet.

Easy to use once you have got the hang of using it great little machine for a quick coffee at home

We purchased this machine in June, and by September the electrics had packed up. The response to our claim on the warranty was extremely slow, but the machine was eventually returned to the official repair agent. After 10 weeks when it was almost impossible to obtain any response from the repair agent, let alone any information about the progress of any work, the machine was returned in appalling broken packaging with no information. Swan eventually said the agent claimed that the machine could not be repaired. Amazon came to the rescue with an immediate refund when we claimed on warranty from them, and we were happy to purchase a different machine, not from Swan!

It is the bestcoffe make r what i ever had. 20bars pressure, not too quiet but very eficient to make a home coffe. Plus is: you can put large size of your favourite mug inside the place where coffe going not only small cup like in others coffe makers, you have a 3 kind of coffe-americana, cappucino and late with two sizes (small and large). Milk tank is perfect to make a hot milk with regulations(make a milk only hot or make a milk foam on the top of your coffe). Clean and good design of this coffe machine is perfect. Colour is mat but is very usefull.It was a good decision to buy this one. Very recommend.

As far as good quality, tasty coffee is concerned it's hard to beat a coffee shop and a professional Barista, or a 'break the bank' Gagglia! This Swan appliance isn't up to scratch... it doesn't froth well, fresh milk still tastes of plastic after several months of use and no matter what coffee I use, the taste just isn't there... Disappointed.

Despite it looks pretty good nicely lined with microwave, kettle and toaster this machine is a disappointment.It is noisy, beyond you would expect from a coffee machine and believe me this is my 5th machine (Sage, 2x KRUPS, ZSpresso).What was really a no go for me is that this machine is actually 15 BAR machine only, not 20 BAR. You can see it on the box and you can find it by how coffee tastes.So overall - two stars from me just for looks.

This coffee machine is brilliant. I had a breville one cup which was great, but this is far better. There is one thing people need to know. It took 2 bottles of white vinegar to clear the plastic taste from the inside. It took a couple of hours, but after that. Just brilliant.
