Kion Omega Fish Oil

i have tried many supplements and this omega 3 is one of the best i have tried . no aftertaste and easy to swallow . I definitely noticed a difference in my joint comfort!

After listening to the Ben Greenfield podcast, I made the decision to go with Kion. 3 days in and my knee pain is disappearing. This is after years of constant pain following 8 years in the Marine Corps.

The best source of omega 3s are fatty fish like salmon and herring. However, most people don’t get enough fish in their diet to fully benefit. But, you can receive the benefits of Omega 3s through fish oil supplementation, which provides you with the ever-important DHA and EPA. I’ve taken fish oil for over ten years and I attribute a lot of my good health to this. This formula is pretty standard for fish oil capsules, with each “serving” containing about 500mg of both DHA and EPA. The company claims to test their products for impurities which is very important for fish oil since it can be compromised with heavy metals. My only issue with this brand is that, as of this review, the price is really high, especially since a serving is 2 softgels. You can get fish oil at a much more reasonable price. Maybe they will lower it, but, at that price point, it’s really expensive.
