I love these hanging curtain lights - I live in a northern city where the winters bring very short days, with long, dark nights and adding these strings of purple lights to my living space has brightened and enlivened my nights. For such a small package, the LEDs on these strings are bright, and have lasted quite a bit longer than I had anticipated. I leave them on all the time, and they don't seem to add more than pennies to my electric bill. They are long enough that they cover nearly the entire wall of a small bedroom, and reach from the ceiling to the floor. The wiring is wound in tight circles when the curtain lights arrive for convenience, and the shape will slowly become more straight as gravity takes effect. This is my second set of curtain lights, my first order went dark after a year of constant, 24/7 use, which to me, for the price is more than adequate. The remote works well, but I have rarely used it, since I leave my curtain lights on continually. The eight settings programmed into the remote offer a variety of lighting modes, such as steady light, fast blinking, slow blinking, alternating, or waves, glittering, etc. There is also a dimmer option, with a simple higher or lower button. The head of the remote has an ON and OFF switch, as well as a timer.Be Aware: The way these lights are packaged for shipping, the individual strands come tied in circles, and although I have always installed them on my own, it would be easier to have a helping hand, since the wire has a tendency to snarl. I had this happen with one strand, and after that I unfurled the others with more care, and had no problems. Just a thought . . .

These are so cool. I suggest unraveling them and having an idea how they work prior to the actual date you will use them. They were very pretty behind a sheer curtain for my baby shower. They had these round white boxes on them you wouldn’t want exposed but other than that they were perfect!! USB powered LED lights.

My daughter loves them and I’m thinking about buying more I want some for my room. I like that it has a remote and you can change settings

Very pretty and great quality, it’s seems pretty durable but it gets tangled easy so that’s the only down side. I love how you can change the brightness of it, also the remote works perfectly and is easy to read.

These lights are very pretty over curtains. However, the remote control did not last very long and never really worked well.

The media could not be loaded. These are perfect for what I was going for. Easy installation. The hooks on the end were smaller then I would have liked but they were made to hook at the top of curtains and that didnt work for my project. I just used fishing line.

These lights were only about $20 but very poor quality for a single strand. Wires are NOT plastic coated so pliability is poor and heat shrink isn't even shrunk down all the way to protect it where it comes out of the splicer, wires are spooled and twisted around itself tightly to keep spools tight guaranteeing wire breakage when I untie it all. Exposed wires not insulated against curtains seems like a fire waiting to happen. I'm not even going to bother with the garbage. Its literally falling apart just taking it out of the box! I'm sending back immediately for refund. Buyer Beware!

we’ve had this up for about a month now. it’s very bright which we wanted, but the wires are so thin they tangle instantly and it’s unavoidable, two of the strands already don’t work.
