I only took one gummy around 8pm last night so 5mg I believe? By 9pm my bed started feeling extra comfy and my eye lids heavy and it put me to sleep. Not like a sleeping pill but kinda. I just noticed when I tried to go to sleep it was way easier then usual. I woke up around 3am and took another one sat on my phone for 30 min or so and fell back asleep. If you have trouble getting to sleep try these out. I used to work night shift so my schedule was way off. These say they are lab tested and they are backed by tons of good reviews on here. I will update this review in a few weeksEDIT…… it’s been months since purchase. These work try them! I have to say they do give you crazy dreams sometimes and dreams period where as before I wouldnt have as much dreams. Shelf life seems ok. I will say they have been 1 or 2 times I’ve taken them and didn’t get sleep but there have also been nights I didn’t need to take them at all

I used to take a 10mg melatonin tablet every evening, and it had adequate ability to help me drift of to sleep, but a friend suggested I use a chewable because it would absorb better. [I don't know if there is any proof to back that up, but I decided I'd try it anyhow.]I was quite impressed with these. I can take only one of the gummies [to get 10mg, technically you will take two of them] and I'm getting better quality sleep with 5mg of these vs the 10mg of the capsule. Which is an added bonus because I end up spending less money.So, the strength is really quality. They taste decent, too.My only caveat, and this might be for all melatonin supplements; is that you should prepare for strange dreams. Not always, but more often now, I will have dreams that are much more vivid/intense. Sometimes unpleasant. But still worth it for the sleep I'm getting.

I bought these because I'm at that point in my life that I'm actively trying to get better sleep. I've always been prone to staying up late, but being an adult means waking up at a normal time regardless of when you went to bed. I can't function on 4 hours of sleep the way I used to. Not to mention how much it helps both physical and mental health when you actually get good sleep.These gummies have a good taste. Almost too good to be honest. I'm trying to cut back on my sugar and they're very very sweet. But more importantly, they make me so sleepy.You can't just take two and expect them to knock you out. You have to be actually trying to go to sleep. If you take them and then doom scroll on your phone, its not gonna help. I take them and expect to have about 30ish minutes before I get super sleepy. At that point I turn off the lights, turn the fan on, put on some white noise in the background, get comfy, and try to relax. As long as I do my part to fall asleep, these will make it happen.

I've been using this brand for the last two years, they work great. Much better than the expensive ones at the drug stores.Amazing price and they work super quick, no weird dreams so far lol

I got these melatonin gummies for my sister, who has been having trouble falling asleep lately. The berry flavor is pleasant, and she said they taste better than some of the other gummies she’s tried.She takes one at bedtime, and after a while, she started noticing that it helped her wind down. The 10mg dose seems to be the right amount for her, and she likes that they’re vegan and gluten-free. The gummies don’t leave any weird aftertaste, which was a plus. The bottle has 180 gummies, so it’ll last her a long time.I haven’t used them myself, but she seems happy with how they work. I’m glad they’re helping her sleep better.

I have found that Melatonin gummies can get a bit pricey…& I prefer to buy 10mg instead of 5mg (feels like more bang for my buck instead of having to take 2). I’ve got 6 kids, & there are school nights we count on them.. but they could never all agree on which flavor were their favorites. However, THIS has been a winner for my family! They ALL absolutely LOVE the taste, & product-wise I have no complaints. Even better, they are so much more affordable than any I’ve been able to find in stores (with such a big bottle, they last longer too!)!! I definitely recommend these for anyone who uses Melatonin (or even just wants to try some out!).. I’m grateful to have found these!

Large bottle that lasts a while. The taste is definitely good. Quality is better than expected. Works great. I take two and my husband takes 1. We fall asleep within 30 minutes! Have bought this brand for about a year or so with excellent results.
