I Had a brand name steel soap dispenser for years, that I never would use because I had to pump it so many times to get any soap out, and it would clog up all the time. It was so bad that I thought that all soap dispensers were probably junk.So, after a lot or looking, I decided to give this one a try. I am sure glad that I did. It was so easy to install, and it only takes a very light push to get the right amount of soap needed, and it has never failed to work perfectly every time.It is very light weight, because it is not real chrome as it is not steel, but it looks and works great. I've only had it close to a month, and it gets many uses per day.I hope that it lasts a few years, but it works so well, that even if it only lasted a year, I would not hesitate to buy this one again.

The other pump I had always left drips in the sink. This one does not. very happy with it.

We used for our new quartz countertops in our kitchen. It matched perfectly to our matte black kitchen faucet. Nicest feature is the ability to fill from the top. Just lift out the plunger and fill. I feel the Dawn product we use is too concentrated for hand washing, so have made a 3/4 Dawn, 1/4 water mix and then fill with that. Works perfectly and we are not wasting soap.

its ok, the problem is the base bezel that covers the hole in the sink is just barely larger than the dispenser. Its quite smaller bezel than the Price-Pfister one I replaced and it just covers the hole. If you push it to one side the hole is exposed, the PF once always covered. otherwise its ok. I'm sure once its been in use it will work to one side and expose the sink hole The soap reservoir is smaller than the PF one and the soap reservoir threads into the soap dispensor so quite possible after time soap will le leaking around the threads. The PF reservoir threaded over the pump and no way for soap to leak out around threads when filling from the top
