Can I use this on a regular bed to heat my space up

That would work on a single bed to heat the bed & your body if laying on the bed. But the pad will not give you any ambient heat in the room.

What is the maximum time it stays on?

The table warmer has a 12h time limit and will switch from high to low after one hour, you can then turn it back on high then, if you run it on low it will switch off after one hour and you can turn it back on then. What materials can this be used on? Foam, fabrics, etc.

I’m using it on my massage table. I believe that’s made up with vinyl. I have a very nice fleece table cover on top of the. I’ve been very pleased

how long is the cord for this?

I'm sorry I can't say exactly because I'm not at work. I hope I remember to check on Tuesday. But for the time being I'll guess about 6 feet. From the massage table to the floor is about 3 feet and then I have a nice bit of length trailing on the floor. So I'll say 6 feet.
